2012-10-11: This code fix includes removing erroneous duplicate default messages for PUT X ON Y. It also removes (another) debug message (in the centrifuge) and quashes a disambiguation as well as a case where you can magick an item before you get it.

2012-10-04: This code fix (10/2) includes wiping out some debug text, higher resolution cover art, a much better "put x on y" default, disambiguation, making an item fixed in place, an additional cluing scene item, and some typo fixes.
